Can we map the answers to screening questions on the applicants application?

We have setup 2 skills questions setup to ask applicants 1) Are you authorized to work in the US? and 2) Are you willing to relocate?

Are we able to map the responses from these questions to display the answer on the applicant's application (HRS_APPLICATION) in the fields "Eligible to work in U.S." and "Willing to Relocate" fields under Personal Information and Preferences?

If they can be mapped, where and how is this done?
