How to populate tax flag, tax code, tax rate area on individual lines on Service WO P90cd020

We are using SWM module in JD Edwards. Can anyone let us know how we can populate tax flag, tax code, tax rate area on individual lines on Service WO P90cd020. This will be essential to create purchase order from WO application and Billing lines where certain lines can be taxable and certain lines may not be taxable.
