Is there a Mass Insert feature for F4072 Price Adjustment Detail?

Currently working through an upgrade from XE to E1:9.2. The F4072 records were copied from XE to E1 but they cannot be used since the new indexing design relies on KEY ID's to be generated in the new supporting tables such as F4092/F40941/F40942/F40943.

I believe we have to delete the prices in the F4072 and create new records. However, I would like to know if there is a feature that allows for 120k prices to be uploaded from a flat file into the F4072.

Note: I'm not looking to update base prices, there is a process for importing base prices which I am aware of, albeit not used.
