Out of Sequence in Schedule Health - Percentage

It appears that no matter if you have 'Ignore Completed Activities' checked or not in the Schedule Health Check the newly added Out of Sequence calculated it's percentage from the total number of activities(not just the # of remaining activities).

Is this happening for everyone?

Example:

Total Activities - 2448

Remaining(not complete) Activities - 868

Out of Sequence - 65 - showing as 3%. 65 / 868 = 7.5% <Incorrect

Large Duration - 18 - showing as 2%. 18 / 868 = 2%

Large Float - 500 - showing as 58%. 500 / 868 = 58%

I created an SR about this last week, but have not heard anything yet.
