Labels not available for translation in P9860WD

Since we're on the Tools 9.2.9.3. I'd like make use of translatable orchestration labels when called from a Composite Page. I've created a new orchestration and added a tile to an existing Composite Page. According to the documentation the labels of the orchestration inputs should now be visible in the Work with User Defined Object Translations application (P9860WD), but they are not. Should I activate somewhere this function?
