After Installing EMCC 24ai. all is working but I CAN'T See the CHATBOT for GEN AI Assitant

Dear Oracle Support,

i have installed Oracle EM CC24ai and all the 13.5 functionality is now working in our new setup.

we would like to enable the Gen AI chatbot, but we can't see the prompt icon on the top right corner, like it was presented by the product team

we are running on Enterprise Manager 24ai Release 1 Update 1

this is running on AWS currently and i wonder if there is a requirement for the Gen AI Assistant to be running EMCC on OCI
