Unable to launch RDA compare, BSVW compare, or table compare

Hello,

We have issue with fat-client machine (9.2.9.3) when try to launch RDA compare, BSVW compare, or table compare, it didn't opened and the following error message appeared in jde.log :

MergeToolsJVM0000016 - failed to login for UserID: JDE, Env: PY920, Role: *ALL

I entered a password for the user under [JDBj-BOOTSTRAP SESSION] in all jdbj.ini files on fat client machine, but still have the same error.

Please you advice.
