Inventory Reconciliation year end

Good day

We have and issue whereby the trial balance shows an amount way above the all inventory value and tried checking errors, uncosted and unposted transactions but can't seem to find anything, anyone who might have a clue on where i can check please assist, also tried following (Doc ID 1390813.1) but still not finding any joy.

If one have a script to check these discrepancy, it will also be appreciated.
