Fetch from cache I09UI003 failed, Add to cache I09UI003 failed - AP Voucher GL Distribution

Hi,

An AP voucher is created then posted then tried to void but it didn't void successfully. After reviewing the GL distribution to adjust or check the GL entries the system is not allowing to add or delete and showing the error message,

While trying to add - Add to cache I09UI003 failed, when trying to modify or delete or just review - Fetch from cache I09UI003 failed

Please let me know what is the reason behind this error and how to fix it.
