P31123 / P311221 - Overwrite hours instead of Default hours F3112.SETA

Hi Team,

When users enter time using P311223/P311221 (Backflush program), the system automatically fills in the "Hours" field with a default value. This value comes from the Setup Labor Time (F3112.SETL).

Even if the user doesn’t confirm or change anything, the system immediately saves this default value into the Actual Start Time field (F3112.SETA).

Then, when the user enters their actual hours (e.g., 0.8 hours), the system creates a record in F31122.

Later, when R31422 (Time Entry Update) runs, it adds the hours from F31122.HRW to the already pre-filled value in F3112.SETA, instead of replacing it.
