Full Build failed for specifications all objects after Tools Upgrade 9.2.9.3

Hi,

I did a TR Upgrade to 9.2.9.3.

Sbmitted First Full package build for PS920. BSFN is fine but speicifications failed for all

Below is pkg build log on enterprise server.

I verified the database has access to Ps920,PS920DTA,PS920CTL, and all these have access to do select for other schemas like SY920.F96700R.

Verified the ocm and datasources entries in server map. All are OK.

Anyone faced this issue recently?
