Sales order line getting backordered

Hi Team,

After pick release the sales order line gets backordered even though

We have enough on-hand available to transact.

Item master attributes are setup for customer ordered enabled and shippable

Subinv which has stock is in active status and default staging subinv setup in shipping parameters is also in active status

For The Subinv which has stock , the locator control is pre specified and locator status is active.

This is non WMS enabled org and no LPN controlled sub inventory. We have given auto pick confirm as yes in the release rule.

Could you please suggest what can be done.
