Problems accessing Doc. ID Oracle Assets Release Notes for Release 12.2.2 and 12.2.3

Hello,
I'm researching the new developments in Oracle Assets in the 12.2 releases. and 12.2.3, the Doc. Id I found for both is having problems, shows the following message:

Document cannot be displayed. Possible reasons are:

The document id was entered incorrectly. Please check and try again.
The document id does not exist (was referenced incorrectly).
The document is not classified as publicly accessible ("non-public").
The content is being updated and it is temporarily unavailable but will be made available again soon.

Below are the reference Doc. IDs:

Anyone else having this issue? If the Doc. ID has changed for these releases, does anyone have these Doc. IDs to share?
