How to put on Hold a sales order when there is a risk due to customer financial difficulties

Hi

we a on-going customer project with SO already entered into the system.

The customer is today facing financial difficulties and is not able to pay anymore.

There is a high risk of bankruptcy but nothing official at this stage.

in other to do not overestimate our backlog, and to avoid any demand in the MRP plan, we want to postpone all the SO lines into 2029

is there a way or a Hold to do that?
