Unable to assign newly created Subscription(Orchestration-Notification)

Dear All

I am using JDE 9.2.5

I created a test notification through the orchestration studio using the steps described in the document

E1: ORCH: How to Create a Simple Notifications in Orchestrator Studio - External Email, Work Center and Bell. (Doc ID 2356747.1)

However , when I login to the JDE environment and click on Manage Notifications > My Subscriptions > Add Subscription , I see the newly created orchestration. But when I click to assign it , the JDE screen doesn't move.

Do I need to publish the notification first in the orchestration studio?

Please share your thoughts if I am missing any steps

Also , can anyone some business cases/sample notifications created in their respective JDE environments? I want to explore more on the same
