Supplier Calendar without Transportation Module or Blanket Orders

I know this question has been asked before, but I'm wondering with upgrades and releases if this is now possible.

We would like to utilize a calendar for a specific item or vendor that would put the delivery dates on their schedule. For instance, they only deliver on Tuesdays or on the 15th and 30th.

Are there any options now available?
