can I disable rsa sha2 256 rsa sha2 512 for SSH?

Hi Team , I would like to know if you can disable the use of rsa sha2 256 rsa sha2 512 for SSH connection to Oracle sbc.
We upgraded to 9.3 and we can not access because it requires using hostkey rsa sha2 256 rsa sha2 512 and our session software does not support it.
