Issue with Milestone TAT Calculation on Category Update
Hi,
We are currently facing an issue related to milestone handling in Service Requests. When a Service Request is created, a milestone is correctly attached based on the initially selected category. However, if a user updates the category afterward, a new milestone is being attached, and the TAT (Turnaround Time) is recalculated from the date the new category was assigned.
Our requirement is that, even if the category is updated and a new milestone is applied, the TAT should still be calculated from the original creation date of the Service Request, not from the category update date.
Please let us know how this can be addressed.
