P42101 when copying order Ship to is greyed out

in Distribution - JDE1 (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

Hi Team,

i am trying to copy order as ship to information entered was wrong. so for same customer i can edit ship to address while copying one order and for another order it is greyed out. Same menu application and same customer. For one it is working and for other one it is not.

what can be the reason?
