Does DB RU 19.27 correspond to Windows Database Bundle Patch 19.27.0.0.250415? (ORA-39405)

Hi,

We have an issue when trying to import Data Pump dump-files if the dump-file was created on a database with a higher timezone file then the importing database. ("ORA-39405: Oracle Data Pump Does Not Support Importing From A Source Database With TSTZ Version 43 into a target database with TSTZ version 42.") According to Doc ID 2793311.1 this restriction was removed in DB RU 19.27, so I assumed it would be gone after patching the databases with Windows Database Bundle Patch 19.27.0.0.250415 (37532350). However, after patching the databases with this BP we still get this error.
