I need help with 3 issues when using Supplemental Data Codes (UDC list built) in a CafeOne

If anyone has any experience with using supplemental data in a CafeOne layout, I could use some advice on 3 issues that I am experiencing.

Technical info:

Product Version: 9.2

Product Language:English

OperatingSystem/Version: IBM i on POWER Systems - 7.2 ( Oracle currently does have V7R5as an option )

Database/Version:DB2 - IBM i on POWER Systems  

DatabasePlatform/Version: IBM i on POWER Systems - 7.2 ( Oracle currently does haveV7R5 as an option )

JDE Oneworld Tools Version:9.2.7.3

Setup:

I have created a cat code: 55/CR and listed various codes in it

Then created my supplemental data base setup:

I then created a version:
