Not getting passcode email for logging into Support portal

Hi,

While logging into Oracle Support portal, after giving the credentials, it says email with passcode is sent to my email address. But am not receiving it since the last 2 days, but it has working well before.

I also checked my spam/junk folder, its not there. no-reply@identity.oci.oraclecloud.com is also listed as a safe Sender in my inbox settings.

Only the email with passcode is the issue, but am receiving other notification emails saying SR is created/updated/closed.

And also, it seems I had enabled only email authentication, need to login for adding phone also.
