Not able to Set Accrual Rate - Hours Earned to 0 in PeopleSoft HCM - Leave Plan Page

Hi All,

We are currently in PeopleSoft HRMS and Campus Solutions 9.00.00.000 - Tools:8.54.29

We have a scenario where we need to sunset a plan.

Hence we planned to add the new effective dated row in

with accrual rate as 0 so that no accrual will happen after that particular effective date.

When we tried that we are getting the below error:

In our analysis we see that the Hours Earned field is a required field in the Leave Rate Table which is creating this delivered error.

Any ideas on how to stop the accrual alone for the plan without the terminating the plan.
