Need to define a depreciation Method with variable % age by Asset Life

We want to capitalize Laptop and depreciate them over 4 years of life but we want a different %age of depreciation during each year of life like 20%, 30%, 40% and 10% for 4 years. How can we achieve this in Oracle EBS R12 Fixed Asset 12.2.X ?
