Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. When configurate F9 Send Email template, there are two fields email subject, email body which can use substitustions to get value from BO and BC.

My question is:

which service/confguration controls getting value from BO and BC ?
Is it possible to configurate new filed like email subject and email body could use substitutions to get value as well?
