Is it possible to apply 2 templates for 1 item?

We have several items which incorrectly set as inventory items for child organizations. We want these items to be set as non inventory expense items and user item type as non inventory items in child organizations. Whereas in master organization we want it to be inventory items and user item type as finished goods. How to achieve this? (Note: we have several child organizations)
