How to clear temp, cache automatically from the colums

HI,

In Supplier Registration form we have entered values, done next(not proceeded further due to some issue and we again came to same form to create same supplier).
The same values which are entered stopping and displaying like "already existed" here we are unable to complete the supplier registration process.
Please provide solution on above issue.
