RSS approval workflow in completed (03) status in F98866 but the RSS is still not approved

Dear All

In JDE 9.2.5 , we encounter this issue quite frequently where for a particular RSS requisition created through P43E15 , all the approvers take approval action using P43E82

The workflow status goes to completed (03) in the workflow tables F98866. All the tasks are completed.

However , the requisition status still remains in 'submitted'.

The issue is not replicable at will

Are there any relevant Oracle support documents available for troubleshooting?

As a workaround , we use the cancel workflow button re-trigger the workflow. But concern from business is that since all business approvers already took action , it is inconvenient for them to redo it
