Peoplesoft Lease administration and AM : error message

Under Payable Lease, while activating a lease get error message:
You have not created all of the asset books required for this business unit. (8010,16)

Here is the setup:

• For this payable lease, new AM BU has 2 Asset books setup - CORP & TAX
• While the asset profile has got different asset books - CORP & MED
• We have never used Asset book - TAX before, other AM BU have asset books - CORP & MED.
• After adding asset book TAX to the asset profile, not getting the error message.
  • Now the Asset profile has 3 Asset books - CORP, MED & TAX.

Question:

1. Will it create any issues for existing lease with AM BU having only 2 Asset books of COPR & MED?
