Custom Partial Shipment Confirmation

Hello All,

We have a custom partial shipment confirmation, where initially after the order allocation, the status of it gets changed to 560 status.

However, after few minutes the status gets reverted to 520,530.

Probably some standard process is getting invoked through some master business functions or table triggers.

The issue is intermittent , this is happening only for a few lines & not for all the lines, hence, I am failing to capture the logs.

Could anyone advise what could be the reason for the issue?
