BI Publisher Desktop 12.2.1.4.0 and Microsoft Office 2021 Compatibility for Enterprise One (E1)

We are currently using BI Publisher Desktop 12.2.1.4 and exploring an upgrade to Microsoft Office 2021. Oracle Support Document ID 2198754.1 (E1: XMLP: BI Publisher (BIP) Supported Desktop Versions, Microsoft Word Versions and Required Table OCMs) strongly recommends staying within certified versions for BI Publisher Desktop that match the Enterprise One Tools Release Embedded BIP version, cautioning against potential issues and lack of support for non-certified Word versions.

Given the critical nature of these functionalities, we are seeking experiences and insights from the Oracle community.
