Error Violates the Suppression Rule - One may Suppress Many but One can Only be Suppressed by One

Hi Sir,

While defining the suppression rule, for the preventive maintenance schedules , I am getting the below error

"Violates the Suppression Rule - One may Suppress Many but One can Only be Suppressed by One"

I have four activities, for which I am able to define suppression for Two activities , but for one activity it throw above error while defining suppression.

May I request the community to advice on this.
