Where can we download EBS 11i RPM oss packages?

We are in the process of migrating EBS11i to EBS 12.2 and we need to prepare a staging environment with Linux 5 x86.
We need the following packages:

compat-libstdc++-egcs-1.1.2-1
compat-libcwait-2.1-1
compat-oracle-el5-1.0-5
openmotif21-2.1.30-11.EL5
binutils-2.15

Initially we used to download these from
http://oss.oracle.com/projects/compat-oracle/files/Enterprise_Linux/ but looks like they were moved.
Where can we get these files?
