iExpenses attachment category LOV

Hi, I've applied the R12.2.14 upgrade and noticed (as indicated by note 3064887.1) that the mandatory file attachment category field now defaults to null - my users are no doubt not going to appreciate having to do further clicks to complete their expense reports, and it is disappointing that this change has been implemented without giving an option to revert to previous functionality (default Miscellaneous). My question is, is there a way of making the category field default to another value other than null. I've done some research on the patch changed files and can't find where the null value is being injected. Is there is a personalization that
