How to estimate an impact of HMR on sipd / CPU utilization?

Hello,

There is an acli command that precisely shows impact of certain hmr rule on cpu utilization or on sipd performance. Something like "applying this rule to one particular REGISTER request will use 0.0002 % of total CPU capacity". I had seen it somewhere in the past and cannot find a source. Does anybody know the command?
