Inventory Items Interorg Transfer

Hi Experts

I had one main organization (Inv1) with all inventory items defined, also i has 3 other organizations (Inv2,Inv3,Inv4) which is process manufacturing enabled.

i had setup Shipping Network - with Empty Defined Price List

i had my POs received on (Inv1) - then i need to make interorg transfer from Inv1 → Either (Inv2,Inv3,Inv4). i get an error message with the following

Can anyone help in this ?

It's required that the item transferred by the cost on source organization which is Average Cost.
