supplier user registration notification email with user details, is being sent with delay 10 hrs

I'm having this issue in 12.2.14.  The notification points to the UMXLHELP. where user is receiving notification email very lately approximately 10 hours.

notification is generating perfectly in time, but Workflow UMXLHELP going into BLOC node with status notified. after some hours workflow is completing.

Please suggest what to do.
