FS_JGEN journal generation process is going to no success for retirement entries

in Asset Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

while running the subsystem journal generator process, the process is going to no success with the following error message

Error Position: 0  Return: 805 - [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.PS_JRNL_LN' with unique index 'PS_JRNL_LN'. The duplicate key value is (USI04, RET1067852, Jun  2 2025 12:00AM, 0, 1, LOCAL).

attaching a screenshot of the DIST_LN table. are these entries copies of themselves and causing the duplication error? all the temp tables are free from any data.
