How to trouble shoot RPAS Configuration Tool issue?

Hi all,

My Configuration Tool worked well until yesterday. There was some Windows update pushed by company IT and finished in background, then I had to restart my laptop. After that, I can't open my RPAS Configuration Tool. After I run the script to start it, I can see an icon on taskbar. But the main window doesn't come up. There is nothing showed up if I click on the icon on taskbar.

The Starter Kit was downloaded and extracted from p37587806_210000_MSWIN-x86-64.zip
The content in MFP_Starter_Kit/version.txt
RPAS: 25.1.101.0.8_20250129
RASL: 25.1.101.0.8_20250129
App: 25.1.101.0.8_20250129

At end of start script, it goes to $RIDE_HOME/bin and call ConfigTools with nohup. There was some logs printed into $RIDE_HOME/bin/nohup.out, but since the issue happens, there is no log being printed to it.
