system is picking admit term from student program/plan page and when I tried to change the term.

The term 2216 has a start date of 01/02/2022 and an end date of 30/12/2022.
The student was admitted in term 2216, and is currently enrolled in that term.
Now, I want to change the student’s term to 2413, which has a start date of 01/02/2024 and an end date of 30/06/2024.

However, when I try to change the term on the Student Program/Plan page to 2413, I get the following error:

Program changes will orphan Term: 2216 (Term Begin Date: 2022-12-30). (14600,379)
Academic Program stack changes have left this Student Career Term without a Primary Academic Program to reference. Verify that an Academic Program exists effective on or before this Term Begin Date.
