ODA BUI: "There was an error connecting to the agent."

Hi there,
I'm kind of astonished that I couldn't find a suitable entry in the MOS knowledge base for this, so I'll ask here.

When I try to access the ODA BUI on Port 7093, it shows an error page stating:

There was an error connecting to the agent.

Cause: The agent may not be running or the agent security certificates are not recognized.

Check your network connection and refresh your browser. Check that the agent is running and you have accepted the security certificates.

Last change to the ODA: Installed ODA 19.26 patch.

I verified that the DCS agent is running. Maybe it is a certificate issue, but how do I continue from here?
