Report to identify missing funding ahead of running PSPPFUND

Hi.
We use Commitment Accounting and are trying to produce a report that will identify missing funding ahead of running the Distribute Actuals process (PSPPFUND) after pay confirm. However, what would logically appear to us as missing funding in our new fiscal year, PSPPFUND seems to bypass. This means that the custom report that we use grossly overstates the maintenance required to complete PSPPFUND successfully.

Does a delivered report exist that will correctly identify missing funding, or does anyone have knowledge of exactly what this COBOL is doing to correctly identify pay earnings rows that are missing funding? Yes, we know that running the process will identify the required maintenance, but at that point, we are short on time. Proactively identifying the issues would be best.
