Report R11842(Load Domestic Curr Code - Sales) Updates does it updates which field in F4201 & F4211?

When Report R11842 is executed, it does not update the Base Currency (BCRC) field; instead, it only updates the Currency Code (CRCD) field in the F4201 and F4211 tables. Is the report supposed to update the Base Currency field as well?Should R11842 update both BCRC and CRCD fields?

Additionally, the audit fields in the F4201 and F4211 tables are not being updated after the report runs. Is this expected behavior?
