DB backup- OS upgrade

Hello all,

I recently upgraded windows 10 to windows 11 and daily database backups are not happening normal. i am not sure why but can anyone please provide pointers.

current version is v20.0.3

"DATABASE_BACKUP_AND_NOTIFY_RESTORE" seems not working from action alerts
