Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. "Earnings above LEL upto PT Year to Date for NI Category A of the assignment 1003435 is invalid"

May i know the reason. Could you please provide the step by step to implement the same to fix the issue.
