Receiving alerts for CHA_IOPS_HIGH_X on one of our RAC database instances

we have been receiving several alerts over the CHA_IOPS_HIGH_X value on on of our RAC databases, and would like to request documentation on what this field is for, and how to resolve an issue related to CHA_IOPS_HIGH_X.

Update details message below:
CHA_IOPS_HIGH_X on Host 'hostname' Database/Cluster 'database Instance 'instance name'. CHA_IOPS_HIGH_X_CAUSE CHA_IOPS_HIGH_X_ACTION

Does anyone know what the CHA_IOPS_HIGH_X field/value is in relation too, and where we can find some documentation for it?
