Is possible to add and existing KVM host with existing VMs to Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager?

I have a KVM host "Oracle Linux Server release 8.8" managed with Virsh and Cockpit with 5 vms running in it, 3 vms are on raw lun. Can I add this host to Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager without reinstalling it?
