Xstream event CDC is not triggering at target DB

Hi expert,

WE have configured xstream CDC to replicate the changes from Oracle to Depezium, Oracle Xstream outserver is running fine and also capturing the changes.

Capture changes is not getting updated to Depezium. I have not rebuild logminer dictionary to redolog. It is mandatory to rebuild logminre dictionary.

This is could be the reason of event not getting updated to target Depezium. Will building will impact the existing CDC

DB - 19c 

Kindly suggest.
