Do pages have to be Fluid in order to utilize dashboards and insights?

We are running into issues deploying insights for the first time and I'm wondering if is because the pages are classic and not fluid?

We are receiving a "Hmmm…can't reach this page" when we click on Open In OpenSearch Dashboards. Our developer has re-reviewed his portion of getting this set up and isn't seeing anything wrong.

Any help on what may be needing review in order to set this up would be greatly appreciated.
