dose anyone know how to install keyring_okv for mysql ?

I have failed install keyring_okv plugin .

mysql> install plugin keyring_okv soname 'keyring_okv.so';
ERROR 1123 (HY000): Can't initialize function 'keyring_okv'; Plugin initialization function failed.
